Character Sheet includes 2 Views of Full Body, 1 Headshot, detail focus, and accessories (some exclusions apply)

Step 1 – Inquiry
•Contact via Email, Direct Message, or designated form via Vgen.
•Commission acceptance is subject to Artist approval.

Step 2 – Agreement
•Scope, pricing, and estimated timeline are discussed and agreed upon before payment.

Step 3 – Design & Illustration
•Sketch provided for review and revisions.
•Color stage begins after approval; major changes are no longer accepted beyond this stage.

Step 4 – Modeling & Rigging
•Movement and physics will be applied at the Artist’s discretion.
•Additional motion features may be requested for an extra fee.

Step 5 – Delivery
•Files delivered via email (Model files including .moc3/ .json and textures etc.).
•Includes demo video if applicable.
•Compatible application guidance provided upon request (VTube Studio only).

The request is made before work begins.

The Client requests a downgrade to a lower-cost commission prior to completion.

Work has been completed and delivered.

The Client cancels after significant progress has been made.

The Client cancels during an installment payment plan after work has begun.

Final refund amounts are determined based on work completed.

Upon refund, all usage rights are revoked and the commission is terminated.

The Artist reserves the right to decline any commission request at any time without obligation to provide a reason.

The Artist may display completed or WIP “work in progress” in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials unless a privacy option is purchased in advance.

All commissions are considered final upon completion and delivery. The Artist will not reclaim or revoke completed designs

All Live2D commissions include a Monetized Content Use License,
•This license does NOT grant full intellectual property ownership unless Commercial Merchandising License were purchased.

Use of the asset for standalone resale, sublicensing, or redistribution is strictly prohibited under Monetized Content Use License.

The Client must provide proper credit to the Artist in public-facing profiles (e.g., Twitch, Twitch, social media bios).

Copying, tracing, reproducing, or heavily referencing the Artist’s work.

Claiming the artwork as their own.

Redistributing, reselling, sublicensing, or publishing model files in any public domain.

Extracting, modifying, or reusing parts of the model for other projects without prior written consent.

Using the artwork, model, or files for AI training, machine learning datasets, or any form of artificial intelligence development.

Modifying the work in a harmful, defamatory, or malicious manner.

The Artist retains full intellectual property ownership of all commissioned work.

The Client is granted a Monetized Content Use License as defined in Section 2.

The Artist retains the right to display and promote the work.

Editable source files (.cmo3) are not included unless explicitly agreed.

Payments are accepted in USD via VGen or Paypal only.

Payment options:
•Full Payment upfront
•Installment plan A (50% / 50%)
•Installment plan B (10% / 40% / 50%)

Work will not begin until payment is confirmed and the commission is formally accepted.

Payments sent without prior agreement do not guarantee acceptance. If declined, refunds may be issued minus applicable transaction or processing fees.

Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase.
•Examples: color adjustments, small accessory changes, minor facial tweaks.

Major revisions will incur additional charges.
•Examples: outfit redesign, hairstyle changes, concept changes, pose restructuring.

Requests for major changes during late production stages will be treated as a new commission.

Additional features requested after delivery will incur extra fees.

Final deliverables do not include editable rigging source files (e.g., .cmo3) unless otherwise agreed.

The Client may request modifications from third-party artists; however:
•The Artist must be notified in advance.
•Distribution of editable files is subject to Artist approval.

The Client remains responsible for ensuring third parties comply with these Terms.

All timelines provided are estimates only.

Delivery may be affected by workload, revision requests, communication delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

The Artist is not liable for delays outside reasonable control.

The Artist is not liable for:
•Indirect or consequential damages
•Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
•Platform-related issues (e.g., streaming software compatibility, third-party tools)

The Client assumes full responsibility for how the commissioned asset is used.
